What it is
Georgian tax reporting runs through the Revenue Service portal, which is largely in Georgian. Our accountant prepares and files your returns on time, calculates the tax due and checks your account for errors and missed obligations, so that you can focus on your work.
A person with small-business status files a tax return and pays the tax by the 15th day of the month following the reporting month, and keeps a special book of records (Tax Code, Articles 91 and 93). Late or missing returns can lead to penalties.
Obligations also change with your turnover: the 1% small-business rate becomes 3% after gross income exceeds GEL 500,000 in a year, and VAT registration becomes mandatory once VAT-taxable supplies exceed GEL 100,000 in any 12 consecutive months.
Our service is administrative and accounting support. It is not a legal opinion or a formal tax ruling. Where a question needs an authoritative answer, we will tell you and explain the options, including asking the Revenue Service directly.

When is the monthly return due?
For small-business status holders, by the 15th day of the month after the reporting month — the tax is paid by the same date.
Do you provide tax rulings?
No. We provide accounting and administrative support. Where a binding answer is needed, we explain how to obtain it.
