Frequently asked
General questions about working with us. Service-specific questions are answered on each service page.
Can you guarantee the result of my application?
No. Decisions are made by the competent authority, bank or other institution. We help you choose a suitable route, prepare complete documents and avoid errors — but we never promise an approval.
Are government fees included in your price?
No. Official fees are paid to the authority and are shown separately on each service page with a link to the official source. Our professional fee and any third-party costs, such as translation or notarisation, are confirmed in advance.
Can you help if I am not in Georgia?
Some procedures can be prepared or carried out through a representative with a power of attorney, while others require personal attendance — for example marriage registration. We tell you which steps need you in person.
What should I send in my first message?
Your citizenship, your current status in Georgia, what you want to achieve and any deadline. Please do not send passport scans or other sensitive documents in a first message.
Is the information on this website legal advice?
No. The service pages are general information based on official sources as of the date shown. Your situation may differ, so we confirm the current requirements individually.
Which languages do you work in?
This website is available in Russian, English, Georgian and German. Please tell us your preferred language when you contact us.
How is your professional fee set?
It depends on the procedure and the amount of work involved. We confirm the fee after a short initial assessment and before any work begins.
How do I share documents securely?
Once we have agreed to work together, we will agree a suitable way to share the documents that are actually needed — not more than necessary.
